internet speedometer function in settings

There is one option intelligent wifi in wifi section

And then in wifi developer option you can check

From there you should tap intelligent wifi version multiple time it will open connectivity labs in that you have multiple options to check ur net speed and a lot of options

no actually I want to see internet upload and download speed on above bar like as battery percentage

That's not available directly but you can see in wifi developer options in connection information

have you used above mentioned app . I think Red MI mobile have that facility to see internet upload and download bytes per second
