You can use Bixby Home as a side draft of your launcher. In short: Flipboard can be replaced with Bixby feed.

Download the latest version of Bixby Home from apkmirror, and install it as normal APK. Go to home, try holdin the home screen, and you'll see Bixby feed waiting to be enabled.
