You can find it on galaxy store. If you don't get, you can download apk from from apkmirror website and install manually.

Maybe the discontinuation of the app is getting started. Didn't you get the notice that Samsung is discontinuing this app?

I know the app has discontinued. But it is still available on galaxy store. I upset for discontinued the app.
