MY father used this device from 2013 after my 12th my father give this phone to me. My father used this from 2013 to 2015. On my first year to before the end of my college days I switched to a5 2017  following this year of October I switched to s9.

Grand 2 I am rating it upon my usage. Used 2015 to 2017 September 

Software - 1/5 because software was very slow 
Hardware  - 2.5/5 hardware was strong enough to take damage but it made heavy 
Built quality - 3.5 / 5 good built quality it was heavy lacked good chip set
Screen - 4.5  good quality of screen but lacks led display 
 Budget- 1.5/5  on that price level the phone was not to good 
Camera  was good but not up to the mark
Speakers - no clear sound 
Battery life was disgusting always have battery burst problem 
Special feature -N/A
Average rating - 2.6

Next about a5 2017 used from September 2017 to October 2018 

Software- 5/5 because software is fast and appropriate. And software is clean and nice easy to handle it. 

Hardware -4.5/5 because of glass back panel phone is fragile but it was lighter than grand 2 easy for in pocket. I liked it 

Build quality -  4.8/5  better than average smartphones very good chipset than other average phones 

Screen - 4.9/5 it has better led screen than others 

Budget - 4.9/ 5 value for money but slight higher price for the budget range 

Battery life was best. 
Speakers very good clear sound even if I switch on the concert mode of speakers 
Camera  stuck between better and best I can't determine it's camera weather best or better you guys tell me this because I am not too fond of camera 

Special feature - Samsung pay ,fast charging , ip68 

Average rating 4.82

I use Samsung Guru champ Galaxy Grand S3 A5 now S7 edge add my experience is really good with Samsung product and services
