galaxy buds plus redeem problem

Guys i bought s20 plus and m having problem in redeem for buds from samsumg shop the otp is been receiving in another number not the actual one on which my phone was activated. Does anyone know what to do?

while purchasing the phone I asked my dealer whether putting two sim cards will be an issue or not but he said no it will not be an issue but when I reached out 2 Samsung redemption support they said that put your register SIM card in sim slot 1 and remove your sim number 2 and then I did that but still the results are same and I am continuously calling the Samsung redemption support but they are just saying it will be e sorted out by tomorrow

I don't think Samsung will be e giving this earbuds. I think they have done it only for marketing.

that's not true bro i successfully redeemed my buds with my S10 last year and this year again with my S20....so 2 years in a row buds redeemed...

i think first of all you contact customer care and wait for 2 days cause once you call them your ticket will be raised and upon that you will be given in mail 24 to 48 hous time your issue will be solved cause i have already mailed them and now m waiting for tomorrow and will call them again

I am almost calling them for 2 to 3 days and I mailed them 48 hours ago still got no reply from them and their customer care executives are saying that it will be resolved by tomorrow everyday.

has it been 72 hours already since you first activated the device?

only asking this cause mine worked after 72 hours only... i kept on trying before that but i got the error message every time
