S21 series Pre order Redemption Update 30th Jan

Hi,

For all those who are facing problem with pre order redemption of Galaxy S21 Series ,I just had sevaral calls with Samsung support from yesterday and they state it is a technical glitch.

Having not got a satisfactory answer from any of their support executives i asked for transferring my call , and i got to speak wit the Samsung Store Senior Executive and he accepted the below
1) There is a technical error from their end and the offer was supposed to go live today.
2) My arguement was All Prebooking customers are considered same ? He said yes i totally agree
3) Now that many have redeemed the offers , there would barely be any stocks left , the purpose of prebooking the offer is to avail these benefits, and we just cant settle for a pink watch or Rs 10000 samsung e-store voucher . His response was , since this issue was caused by them , they will restock the products soon and we should be able to redeem what we wish for.

The whole conversation has been recorded by them for quality purpose and i have recorded it as well in case they dont hold on to their end of deal , this can be taken to right forum to get it resolved as i have the entire conversation.

Lets hope they fix it by today evening ( 30/1/2021 ) as per them this is the actual time when they wanted to go live with redemption benefits.

Also if you need more clarity i would say if you contact support and have the patience, do get your call transferred to a senior executive who can actually tell you the cause of this issue.

Update at 6pm : offers are live now but the Galaxy Watch active 2 is out of stock. You have to purchase something else.

Update 31st Jan : Guys watches are back in stock, book them asap

I would also like a copy of that conversation. Waiting for such a long time to redeem it with no joy. Never gonna pre book anything again lesson learnt. Hopefully the buds live and smart tag don't get sold ot before my chance comes to redeem. As of now, as per the shop app, I'm not eligible for the prebook offer lol.

I dont have an option here to attach the .acc file audio recording.  In case they dont hold on to their end of deal , I am taking this to consumer court.

He specifically mentioned : Hi sir , i understand that many of our customers have not been able to redeem the offer so we will definitely arrange the restock of the products and this will go on till March 31st 2021 so do not worry and also this call is recorded for quality and training purpose so you can use this as the proof of statement. 

You can call their Redemption support and do talk to the senior executive

Thanks bro, hopefully this gets sorted out by tonight since so many people have made them aware of the issue. Do ping if it works for you anytime today. I'll also keep trying hourly from my side.

Smart Tag is already sold out yesterday after people started redeeming it.

But then how were people able to redeem yesterday? Some of them had posted a screenshot yesterday of ordering smart tag.

I have no idea why some could do, frankly they may have ordered earlier than us, maybe 72hrs time was extended and we gotto wait more than others, at this point everything is speculation

It's working now. They added the smart tag automatically.
