fingerprint operation cancelled S10+

hello,

I'm using samsung S10+ plus for three years no problem i have to faced but befor some days after updating my phone i have fingerprint problem "fingerprint operation cancelled". already i tried with ....

1. Reset phone setting

2. Hard Reset from the boot option

3. To enter in safe mode reseting 

but no improve now what will be the solution please tell me .......
