Basis your inquiry regarding activating the eSIM on your device. Please follow the below troubleshooting steps to activate eSIM on the Galaxy smartphone.

Step 1: Open Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Connections.
Step 3: Tap on SIM card manager.
Step 4: Add mobile plan.
Step 5: Add the QR Code of eSIM (Contact network provider for eSIM QR code).
Step 6: Tap on the add Button.
Step 7: Turn on the new mobile plan.
Step 8: Tap on Done.
