mine was due to snapchat. For samsung users install goodlock app and go to the nice catch in the app and then to screen wakeup history. If it is showing an app which you havent used at that certain time then that app is the one for the error popup. for me i put the snapchat app in deep sleep. it stopped the error.

Mine Galaxy S20 - Uninstalling Samsung Internet App fixed this issue for me.

Try uninstalling that and use other browsers like chrome

It started after changing my only physical sim to esim
