update your phone software to the latest..

remove unneeded apps and deactivate permission to location for Apps that are not required..

I changed most of the apps access to location only at use.. and kept it always use for key google and samsung apps.. and uninstalled apps that are not used at all... it has stopped.. not sure which one has resolved it.. but the error is not appearing...
