My s21 fe charging port stopped working and I called Samsung tech  support and I ask that will it be covered under warranty as my device is under warranty period so the answer that I got was that it won't be covered under warranty so I don't know what is this because when buying the phone it is said that device has one year warranty but the answer that I got from the text support voice that any physical under this warranty. will it be covered under warranty? Plus there was no way to connect to any higher authority to whom I can speak to get my answer( as I have seen multiple times that the Samsung tech support lacks proper knowledge, they can solve minor issues but not technical issues or answer these kind of questions as per my personal experience) if f this won't be covered under warranty then which things are covered under device warranty.

Usually all parts are covered in an active warranty but try to reach service center ,they'll tell you the exact thing.

My dear you are absolutely right now. Charging port is also in warranty if not it's physical damage. So complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report and also go to service center for replace / repair this Charging port free of cost because your's device is in under warranty. Thanks.

Bro, even your phone is not in warranty period they will repair it for you for free, if they need a new part to fix it they will ask for the price of that part, most probably your port has dust inside and that's why it stopped working visit the official samsung store (if possible) if you can not then visit local mobile repair shop, it will not be that expensive, dont worry

I got my phone today repaired covered under warranty guys , we don't have to pay for it. thanks to samsung
