You have to go service center they will update your phone..I know a case where one has been facing the same issue..

between 7.0 to 9.0 there were many updates..that's why you are facing this problem...Visit service centre they will update your phone and then you will receive regular updates...Until you will be on the same OS..So visiting service centre in the only solution..and it's not a major fault..don't worry..
