after you have used your bixby voice for quite sometime it will stop working or responding to your command totally.. you then have to restart your device to get it back to working.. already happened 4 to 5 times with me now..
Facing the same issue. I did send them the error report but I doubt they'll show any concern. Most of the error reports that are submitted are always replied with the default replies like 'Restart phone in safe mode or reset to factory'. They can't expect us to reset the device every time.
