as of now the one ui 3.0 public beta is rolling out in Korea you have wait for some days till it starts rolling out in India please be checking notice section of members app to get notified when it's available

Open samsung pay app you'll find a option with "join one ui 3.0" click on it you'll come to samsung members page and you can install update
