auto reject call

i have got a call from friend overnight . but my s8+ has auto rejected it and send a message which costs me . i haven't ended the calls neither i have set any response of this kind .
can anyone suggest why is it happening

You must be using some software. There is no default setting to do that

i have changed nothing i don't use 3rd party apps .
it is happening by default. how can it reject a call 12 times automatically and send message

You must have turned on Do Not Disturb or something.

i have the same issue with my s6 all my calls are rejected automatically so i dont know wat to do... trying everything possible n not blocked these numbers of friends who cant get through to me
