samsung optimized android and give users advance feature with its samsung experience thats why they take time to release update. other manufactures use stock android and with few ui changes thats why they get update fast.. just compare samsung features with other phones you will know the difference. and cotmize new android with samsung feature its not a easy task so, wait for some time
