Follow these steps: Check 1. Is your device properly placed on the charging pad?
Check 2. Try removing any device accessories before charging
Check 3. Make sure you are using a Samsung Authorized wireless charger or cable
Check 4. Fast wireless charging option : Step 1. From Settings, navigate to Battery and device care and select Battery. Step 2. Scroll down and select More battery settings. Step 3. Enable Fast wireless charging. Step 4. Follow the on-screen instructions and place your device on top of the wireless charger.
