My wifi and mobile connection looks like this in my home on my S24 FE. But when I was using my previous phone (from another brand) all the bars were full. How to check if it is my wifi and mobile problem, not a problem of my phone?

This issue is due to your device, not your cellular network or wifi. I wouldn’t call this an issue, but rather a limitation compared to your previous device. I hoping your previous device had Snapdragon Chip inside and this one uses Exynos 2400e. It is a fine chip but has these little quirks that you have to live with.

Yes my previous one had snapdragon. Should I claim warranty support for this issue?

I would not suggest that unless you're sure they are going to put Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip in the repairs 😅. Just kidding of course. No, they can't fix this. It comes with the chip. It's a nice phone, I think you'll be fine with some less signal bars. While you wait, let Samsung know about your issue and wait for a software update. Maybe that can fix things for you.🙏

Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click on support, click feedback, click error report then follow instructions on screen. Log files automatically send by system immediately after send error report but don't close Samsung Members App during this process untill complete. Thanks.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we want to inform you the screenshot you have shared on the above, their is symbol you are seeing represents the Wi-Fi networks available, not mobile internet. When you are using mobile internet data, you will notice a different symbol associated with your SIM card signals. In that case, there will be two arrows: one pointing upwards and the other pointing downwards, indicating data transmission.

If you have any further questions or need additional information, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
