WiFi calling / VoWiFi Turns off automatically

Hi ! The WiFi calling / VoWiFi automatically turns off on my Samsung Galaxy S20 on SIM 1 (Service Provider - Jio). Works absolutely fine with SIM 2 (Service Provider - Airtel)

Performed Network Settings Reset but issue still persists. Contacted Jio customer care and they mentioned there is no issue with Network or SIM card.

Anyone else facing similar issue? Please help.

Wifi calling is getting off automatically in M20

I have been facing wifi this issue on Airtel and Jio network
My broadband provider is airtel.
Seems like when 0 signal from mobile network then wifi calling is getting turned off automatically.
This is the time when we actually need wifi calling.
Can somebody help confirm this observation.
Any resolution to come around this?

I have Samsung f23 with jio, getting same issue of wifi calling option automatically disables, I checked my private dns settings it's already off then also I am facing this issue, is there any solution for this ?

@samsung just a tip, atleast add an option of turning on wifi calling from modes and routine app feature...

I might have found a fix to the issue, still not sure, if it is a Samsung issue or Jio Network's issue.

To fix this issue, make sure you do all these steps where Jio has some decent mobile network.

1. Toggle on/off wifi calling.

2.Go to your SIM settings and turn off Jio Sim.

3. Restart your device

4. Turn on your jio Sim.

5. Now you can turn on your Wifi calling as well.

Now you can go to the place where you actually need Wi-Fi calling, while keeping your fingers 🤞.

I am facing the same problem on Galaxy S22 Ultra.. I am using Jio on SIM1 and the wifi calling turning off within a minute after turning it on without any notice & But in SIM 2 I am using Airtel it's working perfectly.,.

Samsung please fix this issue soon as possible, ur comunity customer support doesn't giving any attention to it neither trying to understand the problem
