Why is the available RAM space is low?

Why is the available RAM space is low in my S23 FE (8GB RAM version) even when i haven't downloaded or runned any heavy apps or software in my mobile. The available RAM is always around 2.6 GB to 3 GB. 

 Is it normal or what?

This happens for many apps.

But system make sure it have sufficient ram 2-3 GB in the unexpected event to run other apos or games

Another thing that this ram management do is save battery

Loading an unloading from ram Consumes more battery

[TechieUS]

So letting an app in ram helps to conserve battery

[TechieUS]

Ram is faster than storage

[TechieUS]

Therefore an app in ram is opened much faster

[TechieUS]
