Why does eSIM show as VoLTE 2?

I've converted my primacy sim to eSIM, after conversion I've also removed physical SIM but still it shows SIM 2.

Kindly please tell me how do I make this SIM show as SIM 1/VoLTE 1?

Also if I convert my another SIM to eSIM and add it to this phone then will my eSIM 2 show as 1 and the newly added eSIM as 2?

For starting esim connection you have provided second sim's imei number thats why it is showing sim 2 comnection.

No, I had provided SIM 1 IMEI

You think that but when giving imei it may be mistake by you. Otherwise it is not possible.

Another reason can be that...when you activated esim there is another sim card in sim 1 may be thats why it is registered with sim 2. Ok go to customer care and apply to change imei.

Have checked the message, it's SIM 1 IMEI

Did you go to customer care? What they replied? Which phone you use? May be primary sim is set as physical sim as default by company. No issue wheather it is sim 1 or sim 2 no internet speed will dicrease
