I have using my mobile S21 FE 5G, for 3years and it was working fine until the recent ONE UI 7.0 2nd update, i have updated and installed the samsung update today(7 june 2025) and while casually using my mobile(no intense games, not using camera or any high performance application) if still samsung declines the statement then what could be worst smartphone company because if any low computational process could give me a white line screen then what is the selling point of a FLAGSHIP SMARTPHONE, I bought my mobile for a huge amount as i was a student even now also. 

I was totally disappointed being a samsung fanboy....i hope to get my compensatery service from SAMSUNG. I know how a green line issue occur since am a engineering student. So dont use any excuses to neglect my request on a free service to remove the white line on my screen

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Samsung give free replacement for s21fe mobile if not send email to Samsung care try I got free replacement for my s22 mobile display

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (Model: SM-G990E), which is currently facing two major issues:

 1. Display White Line Issue

After a recent software update (Firmware:G990EXXSEGYE1) waiting for install (Firmware: G990E0DMFGYF1), a white vertical line suddenly appeared on the display.

This line is always visible — even in Safe Mode and after a reboot. I confirmed it's not a software glitch, as the line does not appear in screenshots.

I believe this may be due to a display hardware issue, which has coincidentally appeared after the latest firmware update.

 2. Back Panel Loosening

Additionally, the back door of the phone became loose on its own. Due to urgency and safety concerns, I had to temporarily fix it using glue for emergency use.

This should not happen on a premium Samsung device, and I request your support in getting this inspected and resolved at an authorized service center.

Firmware Version: UPDATED G990EXXSEGYE1/ PENDING G990E0DMFGYF1Issue Observed Since: [13/06/2025]

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu  

Request:

Kindly register my complaint and provide a resolution, either out of warranty (if eligible) or with an affordable solution. Please advise me on the next steps for inspection and repair.

I have been a loyal Samsung user and expect a reliable solution for what appears to be a growing issue among S21 FE users.

Exactly bro even my mobile's back panel has ripped almost completely but still i havent glued it because the service center then will point out that as an issue to be serviced. I thought back panel removing was my own problem but now i guess it's a S21 FE problem and i want that too to be serviced at free cost. Samsung support if anyone reading this please dont neglect these queries as we love the product but after time we find it losing its hardware quality and as a samsung fan boy i dont want my favorite company to ruin my experience on my flagship model
