I have got a security patch update in last week of september month . After update yesterday i got a white line on my display.
Today i visit the service centre and they told me that, the validity of screen replacement hasbeen completed on 30th sept.

And also i told them that could u do a small inspection and give me the job sheet and they told me that if we inspect it(open all parts), then your mobile have to keep here till further announce.

It is your respinsibility to complies all the problem reguarding the replacement of display.
Samsung promises that it will give one time free screen replacement.but what is now, the users who get white line before 30th september they got their free replacement. When it is our turn, the replacement validity is over. Is this a good service provided by samsung or it will be called as discrimination. We also want free replacement. This is not a good sign for being a top most company.Kindly provide us a free screen replacement.

Post the same in X by tagging samsung india. Because we are just letting know this withing samsung community so it will be withing this, we have to shout it out in public platform like X, instagtam, etc.

So far I never seen any new media or any online news portal speaks about it so we have to first show off to world about this

Hey Samsung after the SmasungS21f3 october update 3 days back I got the white line issue. It didn't have any physical damage. Please fix the issue created by your update.

Else provide a screen replacement..
