All of sudden out of nowhere there is a white bar pop up in top screen. Was a loyal customer for Samsung from last 15 years not only having Smasung mobiles but also other appliances too. It's very disheartening to see Samsung's flagships phone facing such issue that too due to software issue.
Samsung should take this seriously and provide free replacement else they will loose too much customers due to this issue gradually.
As of now customer care representative asked me to get a job sheet from customer care. Lets see what happens but for any phone such issue is very disappointing.
