I purchased an S21 FE in 2022. After only two years, an issue with a white line developed.
When I went to the service center, they blamed me and quoted a repair cost of 13k. Although I was seeing it before the update, this line appeared after I updated my phone. No external force was applied to it. So, what should I do? Can someone suggest something?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Costly phone + heavily used without break + not following any environment conditions

= White Line, Green Line, Pink Line.

Amoled displays have limitations like screen burning..

I think you have to use the same phone for another 2 years.
