White line issue on s21fe

I purchased an S21 FE in 2022. After only two years, an issue with a white line developed.

When I went to the service center, they blamed me and quoted a repair cost of 13k. Although I was seeing it before the update, this line appeared after I updated my phone. No external force was applied to it. So, what should I do? Can someone suggest something?

But there are dents in my phone. Will they accept it?

Once visit service center small dent ok depend on service center if big one which is visible means noo then

There are only a few scratches, nothing else. Even so, they are still not accepting it.

Scratches no problem, dent is problem .. first create jobsheet if they don't creating jobsheet then talk with samsung customer care raise complaint

Now you can available the few replacement stuff if its there but Don't fall for this free replacement  and such scheme . If you want to keep your mobile for long run stop using the update option. Now a days updates  are  just to damage your phone so that you can buy some new one. Best software experience is a marketing  Gimmick,  same as highest megapixel camera which have no practical uses in day to days usage. Open your eyes before going for any further flagship.

No, I love flagship phones. I have the S23FE as well, but this S21FE is acting strangely. Before the white line appeared, it was working properly, but now its back panel has also detached. I have never dropped this phone even.

Agreed  brother even if i brought  s23 before  few days. But no body knows when these issues will start coming. I updated my mobile a month back and yesterday while watching some downloaded movie the white line appear out of nowhere , that time i am not even connected to internet nor to the charger. I really hope my s23 will survive . But tell me one thing i am going to get this kind of issues after software  update then whats the point.  I need to stop updating  my phone right for longer uses. Then tell me honestly is this 4/5 years  of software  update going to work for you which is one of the PRIME  feature  in brand like Samsung.
