Galaxy SI have a permanent green line on my S21 5G and Samsung claims that their "offer" to change the screen expired on 30th April. I am being blamed for their problem because it happened in May!

Power OFF Galaxy smartphones and turn ON-
To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.
