Green tint and patch near camera on my S22 Ultra post UI 7

This morning, a green discoloration was observed near the camera, along with several other patches on the screen. These blemishes disappear when power-saving mode is enabled, but a yellow tint then affects the display.

Switch it to 60hz and see? Same problem I faced on s21U and later on 60hz it went back to normal
