Dear Samsung Support, the One UI 7 update has drastically degraded the photo and video quality across all modes and resolutions on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. Issues include blurry photos, unnatural over-processing, shaky videos, terrible low-light and ultra-wide shots, slow focus, and a significant loss of detail. The camera, in all modes and resolutions, now consistently produces unacceptable results. This severe degradation is unacceptable for a flagship device, and I urge immediate action and a fix patch to restore the camera's previous excellent quality across all modes and resolutions.
