After updating latest software update, a white thick horizontal line came on my phone over night. Soon i went to nearest samsung service provider. He suggested me that a small dot is over the body that is why it will not be a free of cost service. You have to pay 20 to 25k for the replacement. As i am using plastic case so small dot is there.
Is it the proper service provided by a well known smartphone company like samsung. A small dot can make it to pay the bill which is a fault from your side. Really disapointed by this. I spent lakhs of money and this is the poorest facility i got in return.
What will i do please suggest ...

I have a vertical line on the same model without any physical damage, yet they didn't replace it.

Yes, they are saying only horizontal lines will be replaced, not vertical ones.
