Mere state me bhi yahi condition hai but 10th and 12th ko to kuch bhi nahi dete. Kewal graduation, degree aur diploma walo ko hi milta hai.

Bro, currently am in doing masters in commerce M.Com. last sem is starting from April onwards. Then maybe a drop for a year to prepare for competitive exams. Or maybe towards B.Ed.
