While deleting chats from WhatsApp, even after opting delete media from phone gallery, WhatsApp medias are still there and not getting deleted.

Recorded videos or photos directly form WhatsApp app camera remains as it is.

They won't get deleted like this. You'll have to manually delete them from your phone's gallery or File manager.

But other phones function properly. If this is not getting deleted then it's bug. That delete option is actually meant for that purpose
