What is this urgent update ?

I'm getting this notification frequently , smart touch call .it's showing like urgent update. What is this ?

I have got one message from samsang. That my folders are full. And they ask me to delete. I have done by loosing my family function videos and images. After that it shows in my screen to do urgent update of software. I have done it. But i have enough Mobile data. Every five minutes i have got message by forcing me to do wrong moves. Samsang cloud and max and Android threatining me since yesterday. I have no idea about the phone functioning. What is this. That symbol of your update over is still in my screen. What i have to do. This is a strait threat to the customers. Please do the needful sir.

Update this and disable smart call from setting.
