What is Auto FPS option in S22 Ultra Camera Setting?

How to Enable This Option. 

I am Unable to turn ON it in Any Mode.

It shifts the frame rates ( from 1-60fps ) of the video according to the situation while recording to give you the best possible video quality....

Auto Fps is used to dynamically change Fps from 30 to 60 depending upon the shooting scene , I think it is only available when you switch to 1080P
