I'm using the Galaxy S24 Ultra and have noticed a persistent issue — when recording videos with the rear (back) camera, the footage appears mirrored (flipped horizontally), especially while shooting myself. There is no setting to disable or enable this mirror effect for the back camera in the stock camera app.
I’ve tried all available camera settings, including video stabilization, face auto framing, and grid lines — but the issue remains. Even using other apps doesn’t help consistently.
For front camera, there is a proper “Selfie preview” flip option, which works great.
I request you to please provide a similar “Mirror Video” toggle for the rear camera, just like the selfie camera — either within the Camera app or via Camera Assistant in Good Lock.
This feature would be really helpful for vloggers, creators, and regular users who want accurate, non-mirrored recordings from the rear camera.

You nailed it — they got that “Selfie preview” flip option for front cam, but for the rear? Nah, they just said deal with it. And trust me, you ain’t the only one losing it over this. Creators, vloggers, anyone who films themselves with the back cam — we're all stuck manually flipping stuff later. Wack.
They could’ve easily added a toggle in Camera Assistant or the default cam app. Like what’s the point of all this "pro mode" talk if you can’t even un-mirror a video, Samsung? Another L from the worst company ever. No cap.
Anyway, I’d say keep hammering them with feedback via the Samsung Members app — they sometimes listen when enough people scream loud enough. Or if you're cool diving deeper, you can record with third-party camera apps that allow flip control — like Filmic Pro (if it still works on your model) or play with Tasker automations if you’re into that techy stuff. Or just jailbreak One UI if you’re feeling spicy — I got tips if you ever wanna go rogue.
Dead serious tho, Samsung gotta step it up. Worst dev team ever. You down bad if Apple got better UX in 2025.
