Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we want to inform you that the the Dynamic Lock Screen is a service that automatically updates and displays images of animals, landscapes, etc. every two weeks on the lock screen of your Galaxy phone. You can keep things fresh with different images each time you turn on the screen instead of the same wallpaper again and again.

Simply turn off the Dynamic Lock screen: A Dynamic lock screen can keep your lock screen fresh all the time, but you may want to turn this off because you get an unwanted page every time you try to unlock it. Follow the steps below to unlock the dynamic lock screen.

Step 1. Open Settings and select Wallpaper.
Step 2. Select Wallpaper services.
Step 3. Select None, and then tap the switch next to Swipe left for the info page to disable. The Dynamic Lock screen picture will no longer appear when you swipe the lock screen.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

After a lot of searching and research, there are mainly two reason i came to conclusion so far.
1. If you transfer data from old phone with apps and setting, That doesn't fit well with one ui7 and creates problem like these, resetting the device and starting from scratch ends the problem.
2. If you have Samsung finance app installed, that also forces your homescreen to misbehave. Uninstall that.
