Voicemail notification issue

I bought s24 india and I am getting a annoying notification of voicemail which I never had and I don't need it. It's stuck with same number of messages even though I never enabled it. Option to disable it is greyed out

Go to the call app, go into settings, then go into voicemail, where you can turn voicemail off or on.
