It stays at Vo5G for some time then will automatically switch to VoLTE, even though it's still connected to 5G.

This issue started a few days ago. My phone earlier used to switch seamlessly between Vo5G and VoLTE as per requirements (for example, if the person I'm calling is using VoLTE (which happens 95% of the time) my phone will switch to VoLTE for the call to connect, and after I'm done talking it will switch back to Vo5G). Now it just stays as VoLTE.

Reset network settings and see if it works. Let us know.

No it doesn't. It works temporarily and again the same issue happens.
