How can I cancel my vip pass to get my money back which I paid as Samsung Pre reserve (S 23 launch) will you please help me?

Got the email that pass is cancelled and refund will be credited in 7-10 days.

I have been following up since a month now but still no refund or answer from Samsung. Customer service does not want to give a date either. Something does not add up.

Samsung is so **bleep** cheating i feel, getting lakhs of people into samsung pass.only a few thousand bought the mobile.And they won't refund 2000rupees for more than a month.This is so poor response from a big company to customer who trusted and paid to them.Will never buy any Samsung device again.

There should be a way to escalate and also to highlight this issue on social media to grab attention. Seems they are delaying for their own gains
