It is due to file compression. Sharing photos/videos in social media from any device automatically compresses the file leading to total degradation of original quality.

Use Edits app for editing and then uploading . U can also use HDR option from the app while exporting at 4k 60fps. HDR will make video brighter while viewing on insta.
