Video Recording Stabilisation Problem 10X Zoom Lens

Facing Problem of Video Recording with 10X Zoom Lens Only. 

 Problem happens When i Turn ON "Video Stabilisation" Option in Default Camera App. 

 During Recording Video Stabilisation Seems Stable but After Stop Recording Video Not Stable.

But When i turn OFF "Video Stabilisation" Option then Video is Stable with 10X Zoom Lens. 

That means there is Software Related Problem and Not OIS Problem. 

Please find Attached Screen Recording 

Already done Factory Reset but Problem Not Solved 

 .
