A few months ago I had a warranty on the vibration. But the warranty on my S22ultra was about to expire. After a few weeks the vibrate failed and little by little was accumulating failures on my device. First vibrate gone. Then Sim 1 starts to disappear then Sim 2 started to display as well. There is a weird Sim card tray pop up most of the time. Then finally the esim started to fail. I have hard reboot and factory reset without success. My frustration is that when I sent it so samsung servicenter they did not diagnose my device properly and now I am made to suffer this problems. I will never buy a samsung after this. Because when I came back to samsung they tell me that they can not do anything where in fact it was their lazy diagnosis that thought and made a temporary fix on my device. What a shame!

However, If you've already taken the phone from the service center and still the issue hasn't been solved, we need you to head again to the service center take into your consideration that providing us with the service order number will be more helpful to investigate the case with our complaint department.
