Galaxy SI took this message to centre and they rejected the replacement
Hi Samsung , thank you very much for treating a loyal Samsung member so efficiently ,
Went to local customer care centre , they said s22 ultra vertical green line is not eligible for free replacement, the line which was not caused by any physical damage or over heating issue due to usage patterns.
we pay lakhs to buy your phone then after just 2 years of usage you create updates that destroy the display , is it your way of saying to buy the new 24 ultra, guess what; you are wrong, what you have done is made a person hate Samsung more and lose the trust in the brand

Galaxy SThe Green Line on display helps you a lot.
My friend is using a double vertical line phone and you have just one, and the green line will remind you that nobody is perfect.
Even NASA rockets also crashes.
Taking any Failure into positive way = new creativity or improvement, invention.
So be happy.
Don't depend too much on technology, they are not perfect, but marketing strategies for business try each person should be dependent on their products.
Just be Free from that bad and dependent marketing strategy.

Galaxy S21k for screen replacement for a 2 year phone where the issue is not caused by me , so what i understand is samsung phones have a life of only 2 years and then the parts start to degrade.
Okay fine,, but i wont pay a single dime , and i will keep using the phone with the green line as well so that when people ask i will say this issue happened because of os update and samsung wont replace the screen for free even if its their issue. Whoever i meet will get to know this , this is the only punishment i can do to samsung since a civilian like me cant fight a corporate. I bid you adieu my friend.

Galaxy STo avoid green line, we have to take break while playing games,
Watching video, video calls..
+ Avoid using the phone, doing any update while charging.
+ For system updates, charge phone atleast 85%,
Then wait for 10 minutes, remove back cover if any..
Check room temperature, if its above 35, then avoid system update.
Its all about heating is killing display.
