Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
• Contact your mobile carrier's customer support. They can confirm if your plan andSIM card support VoNR on your specific Samsung Galaxy S23 model. They will also be able to guide you through the necessary steps to enable it, if supported.
• Check your carrier's website or app. Many carriers provide information about VoNR support and instructions on their websites or mobile applications. Look for sections on network settings, voice services, or advanced settings.
• Review your phone's settings. While unlikely to find a direct VoNR toggle, check your phone's settings under "Connections," "Mobile networks," or similar menus. Some carriers may offer VoNR settings within these menus, but this is not guaranteed.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
