Galaxy SHello Samsung Members,
I purchased the Galaxy S25 Ultra in January and applied for Galaxy For Life, which I paid for. However, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue—including at least nine WhatsApp chats with Samsung consultants—I am still not covered under Samsung Care+.
Time is running out, and I have fewer days left to be covered. This has been an ongoing issue with no resolution, and I need urgent assistance to ensure my device gets the protection I paid for.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I would appreciate any guidance or if a Samsung representative can step in to resolve this matter quickly.

It should have been done by Samsung and not third party. No idea why Samsung went for third party service.

Galaxy SWe apology for this experience, the complimentary 2-year Samsung Care+ will be automatically activated on your Galaxy S25 Series within 30 days of completing the registration form and payment, however, to check this more could you share the IMEI with the order number
