Urgent: Galaxy For Life & Samsung Care+ Issue Still Unresolved

Hello Samsung Members,

I purchased the Galaxy S25 Ultra in January and applied for Galaxy For Life, which I paid for. However, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue—including at least nine WhatsApp chats with Samsung consultants—I am still not covered under Samsung Care+.

Time is running out, and I have fewer days left to be covered. This has been an ongoing issue with no resolution, and I need urgent assistance to ensure my device gets the protection I paid for.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I would appreciate any guidance or if a Samsung representative can step in to resolve this matter quickly.

We apology for this experience, the complimentary 2-year Samsung Care+ will be automatically activated on your Galaxy S25 Series within 30 days of completing the registration form and payment, however, to check this more could you share the IMEI with the order number

Okay now i see what you meant when said not resolved. I will dm you the details of the contact from Northladder that reached out to me.

As u said u applied for Galaxy for life then call customer care and they will resolve it .
Try to apply 1 more time Galaxy for life and still if it shows IMEI registered then dont have to worry u will get email from northlanders

I got an email that my order completed, but still shown to me message sign up for samsung care+ in my phone

I have had the same problem , not only my phone not covered, even when I paid for it still not activated on my mobile either,
The support told me by chat your account activated but you must wait until it's updated in your mobile 🤨

Same issue for me as well. The customer care said that on their system it's showing that it isn't activated as well. Called them several times since 28th Feb... But no resolution.

Though I got a mail from Allianz that SC+ had been activated, but my phone doesn't shows as activated. 1741936941089.jpg

Does this mean Samsung will give us a new phone, because we paid and we are not being delivered with the service at all.

No idea, I have a concern as well. Will Samsung give us the desired amount of S25 Ultra when I purchase S26 Ultra or will be stuck with calling customer care for this as well.

I tell you, where I come from this is so fast and easy, and done directly by Samsung not by a third party provider.
