Urgent: Complaint Regarding Water Resistance Issue and Poor Service Experience

Actually samsung phones are prone to loosening of back cover after one year of use. Recently, I did find that my S21fe back cover opened very little , after that I put my finger nail inside and it was funny that full back cover removed . I think iphone pro series are much more durable in water because they don't glue it like other companies but it's expensive to repair back glass there.

Iphones do glue it for water resistance bro. Also they have a screw mechanism to fix the back panel in place but that doesn't provide any water proofing. Only if the glue is intact, water won't reach internal parts.

But , I had seen it's repair process, it was like built into frame itself .that's why they changefull frame . But normal without pro now have back like these...

Yeah , you can search for their videos like authorised repair but not after market unauthorized repair .

I do question this approach by samsung bro. Even Apple does the same.

All brands market the device as water resistance. You see, water resistance is different from water proofing. Its the play of words. And they'll say it is clearly mentioned in specs as water resistance.

So nothing can be done if the damage is caused due to water.
I read sometime ago that someone filed a case regarding this in US court and took compensation from the brand.

Company plays with word its water resistance not waterproof after all mobile survive in normal water not in chlorine water.
