Updates only showing via SmartSwitch

Dear All,

I am using Samsung S23 Ultra. The issue is regular OTAs are not showing on mobile. Always shows system is up to date and everytime new updates release I can only see through SmartSwitch.

Is there any solution for this.

Already done factory reset.. Since OneUI 6 stable first build this issue is faced till now

Hii.. As per your advice I visited service center and they updated my phone manually by PC and told it will get update normally going forward via OTA but still I have not received OTA update and update visible via SmartSwitch.
