My samsung s20 ultra 5g still there is no updates received it was till android 11 why? Anybody help me samsung customer service no use waste fellow

Try looking for updates using Smart Switch PC. If that works, well and good, otherwise visit a service center and get the software manually updated. This may erase all the data on your device, so make sure to take a backup beforehand.

Smart switch no use, any other idea without erasing data

Anything you do other than smart switch or OTA will carry the risk of losing data. You may try flashing the latest firmware using ODIN, but that will be at your own risk and discretion and no one including Samsung Members and myself will be responsible for any loss of data.
