Dear all, 

I am using S23 Ultra Korean variant. I got the last update on August 2023. After that I did not get any updates. Even I haven't received the update for One ui 6 yet. Why is this happening? Is this normal?

Hi, you might receive update for one ui 6 soon as it has started rolling out in galaxy s or s23 series. I am from India and I am expecting the same in coming week. But please escalate your issue to samsung for not receiving any update since august.

Thanks for your reply. Many S23 Ultra users in Bangladesh have received the One ui 6 update. But I don't understand why my phone is not get it yet.

Also, how do I let Samsung know about not getting any updates since August?

For Indian S23 series stable Android 14/One UI 6 update is already started rolling out. I will suggest you to change CSC to INS (India) for your particular Korean device. (You can google or Find various guides on XDA Developers about how to change CSC)
Note- There is no guarantee of regular updates after changing CSC but still you can give it a try (Do it at your own risk!)

You will receive the update only after the OneUI 6 update is released in Korea. You will need to wait until then

Does this mean that One ui 6 has not yet been released in Korea?
